Strangest, by far

Saw a girl on the way to class… She took the strange outfit thing to a whole new level.  Solid-colored racerbank tank (either cotton or performance fabric, couldn’t tell!), white sports bra, those ubiquitous Nike running shorts in royal blue, performance Pumas (brown), no socks, a trendy haircut, riding a bike, messenger bag, and talking on her cell.  So strange.  There aren’t words.

The Nike shorts every girl on campus seems to be wearing

Now, this winter all the girls wore them with Uggs.  We’ll see what they think of now that it’s warm.

My current guesses?

1) Rainbow flip-flops (the old standby)

2) Sperrys (because they still have them)

3) Running shoes (to look sporty)

4) Tory Burch sandals (because they’re expensive and I’ve already seen some girls wearing them on campus)

What do y’all think?

    Clown shoes. Definitely.

  2. Hey! I (heart) my Sperry’s. They’re comfy and don’t require effort (e.g., tying) to wear. Awesomeness.

sperry’s. apparently they even go with dresses. or at least that’s what girls at auburn believe. not denim skirts, but cute, bright colorful dresses that beg to be worn with colored sandals or wedges. that’s what goes with sperry’s around here.

Eventually you will reach a point in your life, girls where clothes are just clothes. Do you know who Clothos is? Threads of life are more impt than threads worn. “My life has been a tapestry of rich and royal hue”…

You are threads in my life as I am in yours. Well spun I think. So when you are hanging by a thread…call me maybe I can help you w/that.

    Comfy is good.
